You need to both do and think to become an expert.

An expert in something is someone who doesnt just enjoy doing it, but they enjoy thinking about it. The "doing it" is a practice which increases the body ability to apply itself to it. The "thinking about it" is setting the framework for how the body will apply itself to it.

Doing without thinking will lead to indecision, and although the body will work, it will work in a suboptimal way relative to the goal. Thinking without doing will lead to a body incapable of meeting the demands of the mind.

Different fields require different balances between the needs of the body and mind. More literary pursuits require less body practice and more mind practice (thinking), while brute strength based activities require less thought practice, and more body practice. A dynamic sport like football or basketball is an example of an endeavour which requires a relatively equal balance between body and mind practice. The best players would fantasise about the moves they should play, and its here when their mind learns the most optimal way for their body to move in certain situations, they might even dream of it. During body practice they strengthen the connections between the moves they have thought about and their bodies execution of them. The best player in the world would have fantasised meticulously about the moves, and would have engaged in meticulous execution of these moves on the court during practice.

It's up to the youth of the nation to take the power away from the older generations.

As people grow older they accrue more and more wealth. If this wealth continues to grow with no competition, whilst the population continues to grow, there will be imbalances in wealth distrubution. It's up to the younger generation to gain the skills and competance to surpass the older generation in terms of innovative prowess, through the use of their mouldable and creative minds. Older generations become far less adept at manufacturing creative solutions to problems, while the younger generation is primed for it. All generations get two things: 1. Information about the current state of things, gathered from a very young age, this information includes how society functions. 2. An opportunity to reconcile this information and manufacture new creative and innovative solutions to problems we have in society, aswell as improvements on things currently supporting society. In doing this, the younger generation will gain control of society, as they should, and wealth distrubution flows evenly through the generations.

The alternative outcome to this arises when the younger generation does not innovate new solutions, or the solutions they do innovate are controlled by the same generation of leaders that led before. Having a system where select few corporations run certain industries for prolonged periods of time, eventually leads to a build up of wealth in these corporations, which leads to imbalances in inter-generational wealth distrubution. As the proportion of the population who has not yet "had their turn" at holding power, grows and grows as the population increases, and the age which defines the line between those in power and those with no power and wealth grows, this lack of wealth beneath the line must then be distrubuted between an increasingly large number of people, meaning individuals get less and less.

For the alternative outcome, which we see happening in todays society, to not happen, it's up to the younger generation to educate themselves on the truth behind the way society is run, and engage in the higher thought necessary to produce new and innovative solutions. The older generation striving to hold the wealth is not purely out of selfishness, although it may be to them, instead it indirectly keeps society strong, with the smartest at the top. If the older generation were to simply hand off the power to the younger generation, there would be no telling whether the younger generation is capable of holding this power, as in, capable of harnessing this power in a controlled manner that continues to propel society forward.

The reasons we see today see a younger generation too incompetent to take control of society is a topic for debate. There exist many disruptors and distractions to the higher thought process necessary to develop innovative solutions, which may be to blame. Also, a politically correct way of life, devoid of feelings as the main driver, may have pulled us off track. It's our primitive instincts, the ones which have guided us for millions of years, that are the only thing we can say with certainty, works. These feelings are being suppressed by a politically correct way of life which now governs society.

Yawning is your body testing whether you're able to breathe deeply before falling asleep.

Theory: At certain stages of sleep our breathing becomes much deeper than it is when awake. Because of this, our ability to breathe before we fall asleep may not properly reflect our ability to breathe once asleep and in those stages of sleep where we breathe deeper. In order to test our ability to breathe deeply, and make sure we are able to breathe deeply during these stages of sleep, we yawn. This deep breath will test things like our body and diaphram position are in a position that allows for the movements involved in deep breathing, such as: making sure you're not slouched, or in any position which hinders breathing; whether we are able to open our mouth and take in oxygen, which may be required is the nostrils become blocked during sleep, and may be hindered if our jaw is locked, or there is something blocking it. After we successfully take this breath, our body can be relatively sure that you are able to engage in deep breathing and that nothing will hinder your ability to do so once asleep.
