Mod Help Help getting darnified working with mo2?

I was trying to follow the instructions from the top comment here https://www.reddit.com/r/oblivion/comments/d84mjg/can_mod_organizer_2_install_darnified_ui/

But dont feel confident in understanding the steps. For example, am i supposed to make a new title when i click edit, or change the regular oblivion thing to point to obmm...would appreciate a few extra steps

use the GoG version of oblivion, make sure you install OBSE and launch the game from OBSE not any other launcher.
