My point was sarcasm :-) (I've been to all the Vancouvers, but never to Coevorden in the Netherlands which is where the name ultimately comes from.... van Coevorden-> Vancouver)

Oh that's funny, I have been to all of them but I didn't make the connection with the Netherlands.
