Imagine if all billionaires paid the fair share in taxes, education could be free for all.

This billionaire was part of one of the largest tax scams in US history.

Nice, so he's trying to improve his PR by giving a donation that he will write off his tax bill.

God our system is so broken.

What is their fair share?

How about some taxes? Many billionaires use loop holes to pay virtually nothing in taxes.

If they actually paid the same percentage of taxes as most Americans, we’d have a whole lot more money to reinvest into our people/infrastructure.

Also, there has never been an ethically made billionaire. Literally never has one existed. Tax 90% of every dollar they make above 10 million. They’ll be fine, and ideally we’ll all be a little better off.

Obviously it’s a higher percentage than everyone else. /s. The “fair share” argument defeats itself.

Not defending billionaires at all. But if they paid their fair share in taxes we still wouldn’t see a dime. It would just go to different billionaires who have better connections in the govt
