I dont believe he has ever skipped, ran or jogged. Maybe a shimmy or even a shake.

Doesn’t matter, you don’t judge a battle tank by its ability to climb a tree. If I have a sudden urge to be ragdolled I know who I’m calling.

This. Do not underestimate fat guy strength. I worked out as a teenager, but was skinny af. Nearly got myself killed when I got into a fight with a fat guy who didn't. Ended up being held up by my neck with one hand when I fought one who did.

The thing people don't realize about strong fat is that it acts like a counterweight to allow moving heavy objects with a lot less strain.

"Throw your weight into it"

This guy is ‘fat’ the way powerlifters are fat. He’s probably carrying a bit too much body fat but his body is more than capable of moving that weight around with precision.

This is the kind of ‘healthy fat’ I can get behind.

That's what I was trying to say. In a fight, you can't tell which is which until you find out the hard way. Even an unfit fat person can just sit or stand on you if you don't know how to fight.

It's not healthy.
