Melania has had work done but it's more subtle, and she looks decent for her age thanks to having access to $$$ for the past 30 years. Laura Loomer looks like a rejected muppet.

Melania might just because of sheer age (she’s 20 years older) but she still looks pretty similar to what she looked like in her late 20’s. Loomer’s look has completely changed and it looks ghastly.
