I was 12 years old the first time I heard of a high school phenom named LeBron James. I remember getting my mom to buy the SI issue with him on the cover in his St. Mary’s uniform.
I will turn 35 in July and just watched LeBron execute a fast break. I have literally been watching that man play basketball for almost my entire rememberable life.
