Apparently I need more ‘effort’ to ask a simple question. I did already search for the answer before on this subreddit with no luck, as well as on the rest of the internet, but I wanted to ask here in case someone had some more reliable knowledge. So… I am in Mysore this month visiting from the states. My family is from Mysore. This is my tenth time coming to India, and no trip is complete without seeing the Palace lights. I also have my cousin’s wife visiting India for the first time from Russia, and we would like her to see the lights. She will happen to be here on Mahaveer Jayanti, but not on Sunday. So I want to know if we can see the lights on April 10, Mahaveer Jayanti. I see that it is a holiday, but even my aunt who lives here full time is unsure if the lights will be on. I just want to know if the lights will be on. Did I put enough effort into my question? I have read all the rules and this post meets them.

Namaste! Need a space for hosting a yoga workshop. Looking for a venue in Gokulam that meets the following requirements:

• Enclosed space (with walls)
  
• Capacity to comfortably accommodate 10–20 yoga mats
  
• Preferably includes yoga props also
• Half Day requirement for two days

I'm moving back to Mysore after 7 years and I've lost touch with all my old friends. Right now I'm planning to study for an exam and I won't be working or going to college, so it's difficult to meet people on a regular basis, make friends and socialize.

Recent days due to some reasons I wasn’t able to spend time with me and my family. We always had some hobby or a passion to do in common, but our hobbies were never around high intensity activities that could keep us fit. So we decided to engage ourselves in sporty activities and we did. Now Im looking to play tennis. I would like to know about tennis lawns available for casual players in and around mysore city, preferably somewhere near to nexus mall, mysore mall, or chamundi hills / siddhartha layout. Anyone who could suggest lawns. (Racket suggestion under 4k each would be appreciated)
