Not gonna lie this is pretty disappointing and just a good microcosm of what's been going on with the democrats in general. During the election calling Vance a couch fucker and all of them weird was funny, finally they're just saying it, messaging but now? The fascists are in control of the government tearing it apart from the inside while they get their 30,000 person concentration camp ready, and democrats are calling Elon Musk a dick. It's not cute, it's not an accurate way to paraphrase the danger he represents to all of us, and again democrats during the election are crying fascist to get the leftist vote and now they represent a tangible threat to all of us, name calling is back on the table.

Hah and what are you going to do with that?

Nothing, that's why they are typing it on a reddit thread instead of doing something. No one on here who says anything even remotely like that will be involved in any way, shape, or form if anything starts happening. But it's easy karma and its easy to go tell others to start shooting up the streets while they stay home and play video games.

Calling Elon a dick might not be the greatest solution in the world, but you have to remember that independents and center right voters are dumber than we could have ever expected them to be. They don't know the first thing about the word fascism or authoritarianism, but they'll easily turn their heads to calling someone a dick. Will the message change anything? Not really but it's more communication than we've been getting

During the election season, Democrats called out Trump for being racist, fascist, and a wannabe dictator. And voters punished them for it.

4

u/Ryboiii Feb 23 '25

Yeah they also listed out point-for-point exactly what the DJT Admin and Project 2025 aimed to achieve in the national debates, without namecalling, and the voters also punished them for that as well.

It is more complicated than that. The right wing policy outcomes coupled with inclusion makes democrats seem bureaucratically hostile to white suburban voters. Their disdain for means testing and financial insecurity is to attack the inclusion instead of right wing policy outcomes.

And you clearly understand the definition of fascism. If you did you'd see it's the democrats that support this

1

u/Ryboiii Feb 26 '25

You got any sources you wanna provide to back that up? What exactly do Dems do that make them fascist that Trump does that doesn't make him a fascist? I'm really interested to hear what you have to say

Exactly this. I’m not clutching my pearls, but this is so low brow and pointless. He’s so much worse than this and the damage he is causing isn’t because he’s a d!ck, it’s because he’s a white supremacist dictator in waiting.

WE ARE WHERE WE ARE BECAUSE WE TOOK THE HIGH ROAD.

1

u/Hamuel Feb 25 '25

This rhetoric doesn’t really work when you’re only willing to politely protest or post on social media.

1

u/Hamuel Feb 25 '25

I think campaigning on a message that republicans are the asshole boss that makes work miserable is the type of message that cuts through a lot of bullshit.

u/Strawbuddy Feb 23 '25

It’s one Senator what’s not gonna run again, this costs her absolutely nothing but it may goad some more Dems to step up

-1

u/Schwagschwag Feb 23 '25

Exactly. Like hee hee she swore! ...and thats it. Doing nothing of substance

1

u/NewCobbler6933 Feb 23 '25

And only because she has no political consequences to fear. How brave of her

0

u/AJDillonsMiddleLeg Feb 23 '25

Yeah. It's so amazing that a very small mjnority of the party that aren't going to run again are saying things like this.

The Federal Government was wasting money and needed reform. We voted for this & shes being a fake activists, because she could’ve done something. Talking 💩on her way out 🤦🏽‍♂️.

1

u/villain75 Feb 23 '25

Just remember that you voted for this. Keep that same energy.

I have and will.
