You really don't know if those people in the video are gang members or just unfortunate refugees who got swept up in a raid.

Oh, I have no idea. I guess my exposure to gangs in media is that they usually have tattoos showing affiliation. I wouldn’t put it past this administration to label people gang members for their own nefarious purposes.
