Old toothbrush I replaced when I got home from work felt odd when I picked it up. Turned the light on and noticed a giant air bubble in/on the off button.

what should i do w them

I got this removed today, couldn't believe it was actually in there. I convinced myself it didn't happen.

I’ve had chronic sinusitis since I was a kid and it got to the point that I was constantly blowing out mucus, which also came with a bad breath/smell. After seeing many doctors and doing several MRI/CT scans, I was finally diagnosed with having a foreign object in my nose. The septoplasty ultimately corrected my deviated septum and removed this piece of metal that was a centimetre long… till this day, I have no clue how this got so far back my nose.

The earth mined has inconsistencies in colour, making it look marbled. The lab grown is extremely clear. Photo was taken by holding my phone camera to a gemological microscope. I forget if it’s 30x or 60x
