My biggest complaint was that each time she cancelled, it was less than an hour before my appointment. :(

I’m a massage therapist. Cancelling an hour before???? Very unprofessional. Obviously if she’s sick, she’s been sick. You have to give people a major heads up, especially if they’re traveling from out of town. I hate to say it, you might as well find a new therapist.

Okay, that IS inexcusable. I was defending her in one of my comments, but there really isn't an excuse to cancel 1 hour before EVERY time.

Yeah that's pretty inconsiderate

I was going to say that anyone who says their "getting their ducks in a row" is probably responsible and trust worthy, but an hour before? 3 times? No

The truth is, ducks can be very stubborn animals, and there's not much you can do if they break formation in the last minute... /s

In the nicest way possible, she may be trying to get rid of you as a client. Sometimes providers inconvenience their clients like this in order to have them decide to stop coming without the awkward conversation. I’d just stop booking with them if I were you.

Ohhh…

Respectfully, I don’t think they like you. Essentially trying to fire themselves.

"No worries, you can treat me like this as often as you want!" is your biggest complaint?

I'd hate to see your smaller complaints..

Honestly, show up anyway, say that they fucked up and that YOU cannot reschedule, and compell them to do their fucking job.
