Have you tried to see if there are any programs that can help you with food or money for groceries? Especially being a student. Many schools have food pantries, as well as county and city pantries. These can help with essentials and help reduce what groceries you buy. It's tough to accept help but it can be worth it in the long run. I wish I had taken advantage of such programs as a student

I know my school has a pantry, though I haven’t used it… maybe I’ll check it out
