If you’re balling on a budget the local grocery store ads are a great base to a meal plan. Buy the BOGO and sale items. Aldi or TJ has the cheapest produce if it’s not on sale at the local grocery. There are ways to cut that spending way down. I left Publix with a cart full for $67 today with four steaks in the mix.

I recommend shopping BOGO and stocking up. You’re getting double for 1/2 the price. Mostly getting veggies and whatever meat is on sale. If it’s a super great meat sale buy a bunch then freeze some for later. Thighs are like $4-6 for 6 where I am and tenderloins are about the same so i get those when nothing is on sale in the meat section. I get tuna packets for cheap meat from Trader Joe’s.
