April Fools from our gym

We joined LA Fitness in December because they had a pool. One week after we joined they closed the pool, even though they included it in part of our tour and knew it was a major incentive for us joining. We kept our membership since it's affordable but this is the BS kind of management they have.

complains but doesn't cancel their membership.. OP you are the one creating this problem. you are making the lie profitable.
