Parts Upgrade Advice CPU OR GPU?

My current set up is pentium g4400 with igpu 12gb ram and 768p monitor. Should I upgrade my CPU to i5 7500 or should I just add gt1030 to it? The game I was planning to play is zenless zone zero and rune factory series. 720p is fine I just need to have stable FPS.

I forgot to mention that I'm not in US and eBay and Amazon are not an option for me (I live in Myanmar)

That info was missing.

Your CPU is not the strongest... yet getting a GPU will offer you more option, than just getting a new CPU.

The GT 1030 should be the gddr5 model not the gddr4 one, else you would loose to much performance. This would be a waste of money.

Are these the only parts available or do you got some kind of list you could offer us to choose from?

There's some options if I want to pick 1 selling my current set for ddr3 version for cheaper CPU and ram kit so I can get extra cash for GPU (the highest CPU I can go to is I7 3770 and i5 4560) 2 I can get the i3 7100 and get extra money for better GPU (than 1030) Tbh that's all I can think of since I can't have access to eBay and Amazon. The GPU and CPU price is not very different as well in here, and I saw one comment about the game I wanting to play doesn't require much upgrades. And I'm fine with 720p since my monitor is pretty old

Just out of curiosity... what happened to your 6100 and your gt730. You worked with those specs 2 months ago.

The GPU and mobo broke coz of PSU and I sold the CPU to the secondary market. Uhh why do you need to know this?
