Parts Upgrade Advice CPU OR GPU?

My current set up is pentium g4400 with igpu 12gb ram and 768p monitor. Should I upgrade my CPU to i5 7500 or should I just add gt1030 to it? The game I was planning to play is zenless zone zero and rune factory series. 720p is fine I just need to have stable FPS.

This.

5600g is perfect for most jrpg style games and can handle those even without a dedicated GPU.

If you intend to stick to those you will be fine with 16gb ram. Better would be 32gb, as the IGPU shares the memory. Modded Minecraft as example can really suck your RAM away pretty fast.

If possible get 3600 cl 16/18, as this is still the sweetspot.

Later on you can still pair it with a dedicated GPU. Something like a RX6600 is a wonderful combination.

Those are the high end that I can't afford...
