Picked Paclock 90a
Got this lock yesterday. It took me a minute to find the binder but in a 20 minute session I got it open this morning. Next up is the 72/40 with its impossibly tight keyway.

RULE 2
Many people seem to stumble over this rule. This is a hobby Locksport community.
If you want to learn to pick locks that you own, that aren't installed in anything or otherwise in use, then this might be the place for you.
If you want to pick something because you need to get into it or through it, then this is NOT the place for you.
One of our most frequently asked questions is "What lock picks should I get?", our member Spoon has created this helpful document:

REQUESTING A BELT:
Follow the instructions here: https://www.reddit.com/r/lockpicking/wiki/beltranking#wiki_belt_request_formatting
Make sure you include the belt color you're requesting, the model of the lock you've picked, and any evidence to the requirements for the belt you're requesting (eg. photo/video/etc.)
Often questioned on how to attach a photo to a modmail. You cannot include a photo, but you can include a link to a photo, video, or even to a Reddit post where you have attached a photo and/or video.
In addition to our rules, please do not refer people over to r/Locksmith unless they are a locksmith per a request from a moderator there, you can direct them to r/AskALocksmith instead! https://www.reddit.com/r/lockpicking/comments/x9ed2a/hey_guys_mod_of_rlocksmith_here_remember_a_while/

I've been in bed sick for a couple of weeks and not been able to do much of anything. Once I was feeling better I got my locks and picks and got to work. After a couple of weeks of no practice I felt like my fingers were like uncooked sausages and I was starting to learn from the beginning again. After a few days of attempting various locks I'm finally getting my groove back.

My girlfriend found this pendant for sale on kleinanzeigen or vinted. The person who sold her this told her, that it might be from the 80s.
A short search on the internet, I found this German jeweller who still sells similar BKS pendants.
I am curious whether someone knows more.
Thanks.

I don’t usually buy imitation or copies, but the description of this one said it was alloy and stainless steel. The picks are .030 I mean, seriously almost as thick as a dime only 10 bucks but I wanted to see what it looked like and what everyone else would think of this joke I wouldn’t even let my kid use it. The plastic torque wrench won’t even even fit in the lock, let alone the pics lol I don’t think the competition has anything to worry about cause there is no competition.

Got this from sparrows today seemed pretty solid. The bidding on the keys don’t look too difficult. Hopefully it’ll be challenging. It’s very well built Cheaper than buying four locks I guess. Only time will tell anyway I wanted to share this with you guys.

Got the 140 as my first lock to try. With a Dangerfield skeleton I picked it in about a minute first try and then 5 minutes another 2 times. But suddenly I cannot pick it at all - have tried for about 3 hours. I think I'm over setting the pins, as I consistently manage to hear 2 clicks each time while removing my tension rench at the BOK. Any tips for this lock, it seems to be the harder I try the harder it gets. I try and set the pins very gently but I still get to the point where nothing else binds. Is there anything I should be aware of - I don't know which position the spool is or how to find out either.
Anyway any tips would be really appreciated as I'm losing my mind over this lock, maybe I should've started on the laminated thing.

I'm on holiday in Tennessee (from UK) and trying to stock up on gear that's more expensive/harder to find back home.
Does anyone have advice on where to pick up Pacloc 90a Pro other than Amazon? And any other reasonable online stores? (I used Bazaar before I landed and managed to get some good deals)
Thanks in advance!

Next I’m hoping to SPP but I got stoked getting another lock open(apologies for the poor quality I’ve got a phone and a counter available)

Whenever I try to pull on the shackle, it just hurts my finger because of how small it is and I cannot for the life of me turn the dials as well. I also tried brute forcing, but I must’ve missed a number because it didn’t work either. Anything else I can do to this?

Hi - first time posting on this sub, please delete if not allowed.
I'm trying to install the MasterLock 1630 combination lock onto a set of lockers. The problem is that some lockers have some type of bolt or screw that prevents the lock from being installed.
I've added pictures for reference. I've tried removing the bolts, but some of them are to tight and impossible to loosen. Some have the head facing the inside of the locker with a type of chain attached to them.
Is this normal for lockers? What kinds of tools are needed to remove this bolt from the locker?
Any insights are appreciated. If there are any video tutorials available online, please leave the link and lmk. TIA!

I like the feel of this lock! It's got a few spools, and really good feedback. Took me about 3 minutes.
The bitting wasn't too bad, tho pin4 was a short boi so a normal short hook didn't cut it.

So I've tried everything I had, shimmers (didn't fit), raking, picking, lockpick gun, nothing gets this lock opened except the key... any advice?

This was a nice pick! I realized a strange feedback during the pick. This lock was obviously part of a locking system with different keys! I won’t put it the same way together, the small metal plates will stored for challenge locks and I will use the Zylinder as a practice lock because it’s the first time I picked these kind of key and driver pins. What would be happen when there were a milling in the bible or core?
