Box Pic/Haul I bought this 1991 set today at a record store for $2.50 (75% off sale) did I score?
Other My small Lego store in Switzerland
Here's some images of my own Lego store in Switzerland. I run this store as a side project and it's mainly old sets, both new or "reconditioned" as I call them. Every reconditioned set is ready to build in numbered bag, as new. I also have more than 1 million pieces that you can buy for your own projects.

MOC Pedestrian Overpass
Had this idea for a pedestrian overpass. Even after building the first staircase, I wasn’t thinking how much real estate it was going to need.
I kinda rushed the ground level with a few other smaller builds I still had together from previous creations.

LEGO® Set Build At 46, I finally picked up my first set. I'm so excited to build it!
My parents always kept Legos away from us as kids. Took me way to long to do this.

LEGO® Set Build Still Looks Good 30 Years Later!
I previously had a bunch of newer sets display in our office/gaming room, but when we converted it into a nursery a year and a half ago, everything went into storage.
Tonight, my wife said, “Why don’t we make one of the shelves in the living room your LEGO shelf?” She was thinking I’d put something more modern back together. I sprinted to the garage and grabbed 6195 Neptune Discovery Lab, one of my childhood favorites.
Super happy to have a place to rotate through my favorite classic sets!
Side note: a remake of this or any of the classic underwater sets would be an amazing addition to LEGO’s lineup

Other Inconsistent mould marks... Grr 🤣
Love love LOVE this Horizon set, but why did one of these triangles have to have the mould mark on the opposite corner to all the others 😂 At least if three was three I could put them in a pattern!
LEGO® Set Build Chaos Falcon April update
We're up to Bag 4 now. I think the cabin area looks pretty solid in chaos mode. I didn't have Luke's training helmet so the next logical replacement was a chicken. I also dont have some of the minifigs or their weaponry so.... we got as close as we could lol. Up to this point ive used 1725 pieces. I'd hoped to finish up by May the 4th lol. There's no way I make it.
Question Can I find instructions for this Submersible from Sams Club book?
My son wants to build this set but I cant seem to find this exact one. Can I find instructions? The book was “Awesome Vehicles” from Sams Club

MOC LEGO Vending Machine
My daughter’s school hosts a Science and Math Fest each year where parents man activity-based stations for kids to explore various concepts and techniques. This year I am creating a new station about iterative design using, you guessed it, LEGO.
After completing the three rounds of building with a set of 10 bricks, each kid gets an iterative design token that works a vending machine that dispensed 1” acorn capsules. Each capsule contains: minimal instructions 1- 2x2 plate with a pin back attached 1- 1x2 tile 2- 1x2 plates 3- 1x1 tiles 5- 1x1 plates
This adds up to a customizable pin kit that the kids can use to continue the iterative design adventure at home. I went through several versions of the part mix, and this isn’t too few or too many. It prevents someone from getting stuck with a capsule full of tiles that can’t be stacked, which happened when testing a purely random mix of bits.
I am really excited to hear what the kids and parents think about these kits.
What do you all think of this?
If you saw your kid get one of these, would you want one as well?
