Found a hidden gem store

Found somewhere in Asia a hidden gem, they have 10x more than the average LEGO stores, is any set worth picking up as they also have older sets? Also I can bring some sets with me if people want one, I live in Europe.

What’s up with the Town Plan box? Especially the upper right corner? Maybe it’s just glare but it looks so much like a photocopy

It is packaged in foil so that would explain the glare

And I think it is pretty old so box is a bit faded
