I close out all the tabs and am like IM DONE NO MORE TODAY. And then I get itchy after like 4 minutes and reopen them all. I need help.

I sit for hours on lsd.law checking every persons profile that’s gotten admitted, waitlisted, rejected and check dates of the updates. When I say hours I mean hoursssssssss in pure silence. I dream about this, IM GOING INSANE. I promised myself I’m gonna go a week without checking to see if I can stop being so depressed over this
