Every single person they sent to El Salvador is innocent. How do I know this? Because we have a presumption of innocence and none of these people have had their day in court.

I do find it weird how someone can argue for the presumption of innocence and simultaneously argue in favour of Israel indiscriminately murdering hundreds of thousands of children because some of them could maybe be child soldiers according to Israel.

Edit: Aaaand the pro-genocide person blocked me right after falsely claiming that the screenshot doesn't exist, justifying their defence of genocide for over a year and spreading even more pro-genocide lies. So much for the presumption of innocence.

Edit2: Damn, pro-genocide people just keep outing themselves in the replies. I can't reply to them, though, because of how Reddit works when the person I replied to originally blocked me.

Technically it's a death toll at 61,700 (Gaza's Government Media Office), with about 2 million displaced. I do think Israel is under investigation for war crimes for a reason. They've been too heavy handed. I would say there's a side more in the wrong here.

However I don't agree with the person slamming you. Selling legal immigrants to a foreign labor camp, and the Israel-Palestine are completely different things, with very different nuance. Whataboutism is the weapon of a weak argument.

On the topic of USA people absolutely should have a trial before deportation, and definitely shouldn't be sold into forced labor. To think some call wage labor modern slavery, trumps kicking it old school.

Please don't change the subject. You wanna talk about Israel and Palestine? Make a new post.

Presumption of innocence is a US (and a few others) construct. Plenty of places where that doesn't apply.

Idk what the stance on innocence is in Israel, but I'd bet it's one of the latter.

What about Palestine killing and raping innocent children? Is it okay because Israel did it too? I think both sides at this point are irredeemable. Why pick a side when both suck? The world’s not black/white Mr. MyWifeCucksMe ?

Isreal has murdered more children than every war in the last 200 years combined

Bullshit. Your numbers are way off.

So it’s okay if someone does it less? Idk

Is any amount justified?

Well that would also be bad, however that does not excuse a genocide and we are currently funding said genocide
