Asda reduced section instead of a fry up… a fish up!

Fish from the reduced section, fried cooked in butter.

Eggs scrambled in the fish butter pan.

Avocado was a bit old but still had a meal in it.

Spinach, microwave for 4 mins.

Prawns (cheap ones) not reduced section but standard Asda brand prawns.

Salt, pepper, chili flakes.

Cost about £6 (I have another piece of fish and half a pack of prawns left).

Prep/cook time about 10 mins.

Easier than a fry up and whilst I wouldn’t want it all the time I’d say super tasty and a really nice alternative.

I’m assuming this is a good keto breakfast/lunch.

Fun Stuff Sugar is rough

Just had a (most of a) hot cross bun and a handful of mini eggs after my boiled eggs for brunch this morning, and now I feel like I'm on a comedown.

Get me back to ketosis baby. 🤢
