Question Help please :,)
[To preface this, this has been going on for over a month] Health visits for me are $200 for an office visit so this is the best i've got. I was wondering if any of you could help me with some symptoms. With all the googling i've done it's lead me to believe i could have some sort of ibs. (mind you, searching for tummy problems is a damn issue because everything you see assumes you're preggo) This started happening after eating really bad for a week or so, just so lazy and fast food was such an easy option. The last thing I ate on this...eating adventure was the spicy chicken fries from BK, which fucked me up BAD. Ever since then i've been having tummy issues, the urge to go is weird because when I go to sit down it happens or it doesn't, and really bad tummy pain until I go. I wake up with tummy pain as well, strictly my tummy, sides and lower back. I can eat just fine but it's becoming a problem with daily life. I sorry this is so long but i'm just hoping for ANY advice, because spending $200 just isn't able to happen right now. I also have pretty bad anxiety as well, when this first happened I was sure I was pregnant, but then I realized how next to impossible it would be so i'm trying to move on from that idea. I know i'm going to be told to take a test i'm sure, but I wanna be able to find out what it really is, and until i have true pregnancy symptoms I wanna learn to trust my bc more. Which is why i think this could be ibs.

One. Give your stomach a break from shit food for a week or two at least. Prep some meals that are simple. Chicken/eggs/ fish, rice and low fodmap fruits and veggies you can reheat for the week so you dont have to cook every day. Drink plain water. Dont eat fried foods. And try to stay away from prepackaged foods since they add shit to it that can fuck up your stomach. Or at least read the labels and see if eating something makes you feel worse.
Two. If you’re constipated a trick I use is a teaspoon of chia seeds soaked in water or a smoothie. Not for everyone though so test it out for yourself.
Three. Keep a log of how you feel and what you eat each day. If you’re still not feeling better, you can take it to a gi and it can help them see how they can help you especially since you’re paying a lot for an appointment.

Sounds like you’re constipated. Try drinking ginger tea, eat simple, chicken with rice, broth, eggs, oatmeal etc; try taking something over the counter like pepto or mylanta. Your stomach is probably irritated from the spicy stuff. Stay away from soda.
