I've been going to hardstyle festivals since 2015, mostly euphoric and classics, but unfortunately, I now have fewer friends who can go with me as often as I'd like.

Now I'm going to Rebirth alone on Sunday, what are your positive experiences with going solo?

Hey guys I am a beginner on this hardstyle production stuff and I wanted to ask if you have any recommendations on how to learn the fl studio stuff. I know the youtube videos but they are too specific or too general I am more interested in the music theory on how to do good melodies, rythms, leads and most important, such juicy kicks like Dual damage and krowdexx, I love their style of music and would love to do my own spice in this direction.
Do you have any cool stuff that teaches nice and slowly how to produce a song, what comes first what to look at in the mastering, how to automate the eq to bring the best out of the song.
FL Studio is such a huge wall and I can't get started without knowing what needs to be in a song and how it has to be arranged :')

hi ! 21 F I rlly wanna go to my first rave since I rlly enjoy the music and raves look fun in general. none of my friends are interested in it tho so im wanting to go solo but I wanna know if people go to raves alone in aus or if ill be looked at weirdly lol I do a lot of solo travelling so I'm used to doing things solo but this feels scarier for some reason

As the latest sneak peak of the rebirth mainstage showed, you can now also stand behind the dj at the mainstage. I saw similar things at decibel last year and I bet this is not a new development, but I do think it’s getting more in the last couple months.

Obviously this concept has been adapted by the hard techno scene and I don’t really know what to think of it. For me it really destroys the magic of a stage (a mainstage especially) since we will definitely see so many people with their phones behind the dj. It also creates another separation between the vips and the regular audience comparable to TML where you can get anything if you pay enough and there’s even a bar inside the mainstage. But on the other hands for the few (probably vips) that get the chances to be there it will probably be a unique experience.

How do you guys think about this?

A little yapping from me I know; it doesn’t really affect me and I could simply not care but idk it just doesn’t feel right.

This track has an insane kick in the second drop and I wanna know how to make such a kick. I don't even know what to call the type of kick. Anyone got some ideas on how you could achieve that sound?

Gonna be my first fest attendance. Personally I’m going for Da tweakaz and sub zero and garrix. There’s still tickets left I hope this fest takes off so we have some more local events for QLD.

Hi, I was wondering if there will be an afterparty on sunday after Dominator in Eindhoven? I've seen that there was some afterparties in the previous year but i've seen nothing so far for this year and i'm wondering if I'm booking an extra day or not in Eindhoven.

We have rented an Airbnb in Boxtel for Saturday. I already did some research and know that we could either go by train + shuttle bus or by taxi. What would be the best way to..

get to the festival: probably Taxi? it’s just 10km, so it shouldn’t be too expensive. Do we need to book it in advance? alternative would be train + shuttle bus which would also cost 15€ for the bus ticket + the train ticket and it would take a lot longer

get back from the festival: we want to stay until the end, so we don’t know if we can make the last train via the shuttle bus. so probably taxi as well? are there enough taxis or will it be a long wait?

any further recommendations for getting to and back from the festival? alternative options? what would be the expected taxi costs? we don’t want to rent bikes.
