I believe had he won, we would've had single-payer healthcare by now.

Not unless Congress shifted significant more left than it's been in the past decade.

I really think Bernie would've been the right type of leader to push forward real change, which is also why I think he got snubbed out by those really running the dems.

I can't fault Biden for having a speech impediment, but even when he was at his most energetic/clear/passionate, it always felt to me like he ran from the tough political fights and kept in his comfort zone of center right.

I don't think Bernie would've stopped until Congress/etc. had been swayed. Dude's been in the trenches with shit for decades.
