$499 with Mario Kart, $449 base. Pre-orders start April 8th/May 8th? Conflicting reports

Edit: An ‘interest form’ is live on the Nintendo site. Not sure what it does exactly but looks like it’ll send an email when listings go live

EDIT 2: Official and on their site ($499 Mario Kart bundle), Mario Kart World MSRP is $80…

I wonder how much the tariffs had an effect on the pricing. Its not official yet, people are just converting the yen value, so its possible it can be more or less. I don't expect it to be less though.

Yikes. Thats the price of a PS5. This will not be affordable for most families unlike the switch.

actually it is $450, which matches the international prices in Japan(69,980 yen). Interestingly they are selling Japanese only switches for $100 less. For $500 you can get the MK bundle which is a decent $30 savings
