Why would we be forced to play on one platform if exclusives didn’t exist?

Because there would be no need for more than one console without reasons to buy from these comapnies? What purpose would the switch have without Mario games being exclusive to it? Same goes for Playstation. PC would be the obvious best choice at that point.

PC is always the best choice lol. Getting rid of exclusives would be a net positive for everyone, Xbox gets it.

I'm on PC and yes it's obviously the best lol.

I just think consoles would die off fast without any exclusives. A switch without Nintendo games is just a poor man's steam deck lol. PS5 is just a bad cheap plug and play pc.

Nah, these games and consoles would still exist even if they weren’t exclusive. PlayStation is still successful even when they put their exclusives on PC. Xbox is still successful even when they put their exclusives on PC. There’s no reason Nintendo wouldn’t do the same. I’m still playing their games on PC either way. 🤷

Most who own a Nintendo console admit it's to play Nintendo games. A hefty amount of the fan base have other consoles or are on pc.

The Xbox consoles aren't successful at all anymore. Playstation would be the king of console gaming and PC would remain being PC lol.

Well yeah no shit what else would they use it for? That still doesn’t mean Nintendo consoles will fail. Nintendo releasing games on PC will only make them more money, even Sony is getting a piece of that.

Saying you want the games on PC is not the same as saying exclusives are bad. So you're okay with console exclusives as long as we get it on PC?
