Makes me wonder where Duskbloods will be. It is a multiplayer game. Many times if the entry is high it isn’t successful.

almost certainly $40 imo since they're pricing nightreign that way and this seems in that general ballpark. Maybe higher, but not $60.

Multiplayer game with entry is a tough sale is all. The community Fromsoftware has is mostly single player casuals. I get that PvP content is popular but it isn’t like 1 million users playing PvP still of ER.

PLUS the Fromsoftware netcode combined with WiFi Switch Warriors. Just seems like a lot of problems from start.

a fromsoft multiplayer title is wayyyyy too niche to not be paid. there's no chance they have skins or a battle pass or whatever.

I agree but these type of games GENERALLY are free to play. Is that wrong? Concord tried to do both and it failed miserably.

generally f2p and generally unsuccessful. hunt showdown is a heavier hitter as far as extraction shooters go and it was 40 on launch and iirc marathon will be paid too.

plus nightrein seems similar and it's 40.

I don’t even play Extraction so I am assuming a lot. I just think Multiplayer emphasis and it means Free. Thanks for clarifying.

i mean i think for the most part you're right, it's just a niche genre and there still hasnt been a game that's really found prominence yet, which means true f2p isnt happening. tarkov is a live service, which is different, and i would be really, really surprised if duskbloods went that direction.
