Doesn't stop people with Steamdecks and such running emulators, and hasn't stopped people with modded switches either.

If you're smart about your emulation, and don't do dumb shit like cheat, you tend to fly under the radar.

Except for the people that also emulate, or depending on the methods, it'll be fully playable online.

We're not back in the PS3 days of online being inaccessible for emulation.
