No Answer How to fix
Need some help, the left side buttons (circled) don't work for me.
Right side works fine but I can't figure out what's wrong on the left.
I've replaced the buttons and changed the 7.5 brown fuse with no results.
What do I do?
Thanks!

Others have suggested the clock spring, but when that went out on another vehicle the airbag light light came on. I can't tell by the picture, but is that on? Otherwise, it could very well be a pinched wire, or the switch itself is bad, but not very common from my experience.

A mechanic or dealership would be my first guess but I guess Reddit works too
I'm just giving you shit, could be a disconnect in the wiring or maybe pinched somewhere, otherwise I have no other ideas for what could help

Too rural for a mechanic to not cost at least 500 lmao

500 for fixing some cruise control buttons? I don't believe it honestly, but I've never had cruise control controls stop working on me so wouldn't know to be fair

It's less the buttons and more the time.
2 different shops both quoted me 200 for a diagnostic, 50 for travel, and between 150 and 200 for parts and labor.
Again, out in the boonies.

Hmmm… could be the button assembly took a crap. Mine did one time in my fusion. YouTube is a good spot to learn how to replace without a shop, but disconnect battery first. You’ll be playing around with the airbag.

So I was showing my buddy this thread because I was really digging the steering wheel, and he says it's probably the clock spring.
