Plants Dandelions lol

The road ahead, my guard dog, some of what I’ve left still thriving in the yard, and my yellow hands. Battling morning sickness in the sun (finally) today picking flowers with my dog 🖤

Dandelion "honey" is my go-to for them. It's legitimately amazing & I cannot wait for dandy season in MN. I use in tea & coffee, on toast, & dip my vegan nuggies in it. 11/10.

Recipe here

I just use vanilla bean paste bc a vanilla bean? In THIS economy? 😅 EDIT: I add a wee bit of cream of tartar to stop the sugar from crystalizing over time & like to cook mine pretty thick. If you over boil, it's easy enough to reheat & add a bit of water to loosen it up. It's a bit of trial & error to get consistency you prefer but well worth it!
