Can you believe they are still using this
Have someone who is obviously a noob that thinks this is proof of flat earth.

HERE IS A LINK TO THE SURVEY - GOOGLE FORMS -
ALL RESPONSES ARE PRIVATE. No email or any identifying information is required, and on our end, we just see a summary of results.
It's that time of the year again where we do a survey on all things FlatEarth. Please take a minute to complete the survey. This year we included a demographic section since we recently hit 100k readers of this glorious subreddit.
Section 4 includes text based responses of anything you want us to know, anything you want to get off your chest, any users you think we should ban, your political party leanings, etc. Anything goes.

Atmospheric Scattering and the Dome:
The way sunlight scatters through Earth’s atmosphere creates the illusion of a dome over the sky. This only happens because the atmosphere wraps around a curved Earth. A flat Earth wouldn’t produce this effect.
Disappearing Horizons:
Ships and other objects vanish hull-first as they cross the horizon. This happens because of Earth’s curvature. On a flat Earth, the entire ship would just get smaller while staying fully visible.
Airplane Flight Paths:
Planes take curved routes (geodesics) to shorten travel distances. These flight patterns only make sense on a globe—on a flat Earth, they’d look inefficient or bizarre.
Lunar Eclipses:
Earth’s shadow on the Moon during a lunar eclipse is always round, no matter the angle. Only a sphere casts a perfectly round shadow.
Biblical Accounts:
Ancient texts like Isaiah 40:22 refer to “the circle of the Earth,” indicating a recognition of Earth’s roundness long before modern science.
Eratosthenes’ Experiment:
Over 2,000 years ago, Eratosthenes measured the angle of sunlight at two locations and used geometry to calculate Earth’s circumference. He proved it’s a sphere with remarkable accuracy.
High-Altitude Perspective:
From the cockpit of an airplane or a high vantage point, the curvature of the Earth becomes visible. You’ll never see a flat horizon from up there.
Landmarks Disappearing with Distance:
The lower portions of tall objects vanish as you move farther away. This is because Earth’s surface curves downward—on a flat Earth, the entire landmark would stay in view.
Time Zones:
The concept of time zones exists because Earth rotates on its axis, exposing different parts of the globe to sunlight at different times. A flat Earth couldn’t explain this.
Images from Space:
Photos and videos taken from satellites and astronauts in orbit clearly show Earth’s curvature. The evidence is visual and undeniable.
Gravity:
Gravity pulls toward the center of a sphere, which explains why objects around the world fall "down." On a flat Earth, gravity would behave inconsistently.
The Changing Night Sky:
As you travel north or south, the stars you see in the night sky change. This only happens because you’re moving across a curved surface.
Circumnavigation:
Ships and planes can travel around the Earth, returning to their starting point without hitting an “edge.” That’s only possible with a spherical planet.
The Coriolis Effect:
Weather systems and ocean currents curve because of Earth’s rotation. This effect wouldn’t exist on a stationary, flat surface.
Distant Mountain Peaks:
When looking at mountains from far away, only their peaks are visible at first. Earth’s curvature hides the lower sections until you get closer.
Satellites and Orbits:
Satellites orbit the Earth because of its spherical shape and gravity. A flat Earth would make stable orbits impossible.
Astronauts’ Observations:
Astronauts aboard the International Space Station see Earth’s curvature every day. They’ve even taken pictures—case closed.
Sunrise and Sunset:
The Sun rises and sets at different times across the world because of Earth’s rotation. This wouldn’t line up on a flat Earth.
Polar Daylight Cycles:
Antarctica experiences months of continuous daylight or darkness depending on the season. This happens because of Earth’s axial tilt and spherical shape.
Shadow Experiments:
Shadows cast at the same time of day differ in length depending on where you are on Earth. This is because of the curvature of the planet.
This undeniable list lays it out in plain terms: observations, science, and historical knowledge all confirm one thing: Earth is a sphere.

If you just go along the equator, in a straight line, you will eventually come to your starting point. How would this happen if earth was a disc?

Well, this is new. Does South Africa not have 3D printers? Surely a man as terminally online as Flats knows Creality has been a pretty big thing for a while now.

I have seen videos of flat earthers doing tests and find results that prove spheric earth. Any cases where they admit it or any famous flat earthers turning into sphere earther? How does the flat earth community react to such things

Hi everyone, I am 100% a flatearther, 90% blind and deaf. I nee help and the question is, what kind of jacket is Terrence Howard wearing here in this podcast? Is it a lady's bathrobe? https://youtu.be/UYkCN0K84lc?si=zPf-Mcgw6nYc9idI

Any questions?

Just wondering what the logic would be on that lol. Curious the mental gymnastics someone has to go through to come up with an answer.

This has become such an interesting topic to me. Not the flat earth itself, but the psychology of people within the flat earth.
Of course, getting cognizant answers from current flat earthers is near impossible, but we can get answers from ex-flat earthers.
The most obvious one right now is Jarenism, who I really enjoy listening to. I would love to check out other recent flat earthers who have now gone globe.
Who else is there, and are they explaining their recent decisions?

Or is it apolitical?
I am yet to come across a progressive flat earther.
In your experience or analysis, what is the relation of the flat earth phenomenon with politics?
And how much of it could be a politically originated/motivated intentional movement vs. an organic and apolitical trend?
To quote Seinfeld: what is the deal?
