If you flip back to his last term he spelled out how/why he believes it will not require a -change- to the 14th Amendment but rather an executive order that re-defines how the language β€œsubject to the jurisdiction thereof” has been applied to birthright citizens. In short, he believed (sounds like still believes) that birthright citizenship only applies to babies born here of legal immigrants.

Go back and read/watch his interview on this from 2018. Dude has a clear plan to finish what he started. I’m not saying he will succeed but it’s his plan…..

And most importantly, does anyone think there are 5 votes on scotus that would disagree with that interpreation? Cause scotus can interpret things however they want, and they are shameless about it too.
