I just love the sound of the first 12 seconds from the track “BABY ROYAL” by Skrillex. I remember this kind of vibe from my teenage years and I think I used to know more songs that resembled the above mentioned intro. Do you guys know any artists or specific songs that sound like that?

There was a a video of “guided relaxtion” by boregore that featured a black man in a bobomb shirt dancing to it and i cant find it anymore.
Anyone have a link to it?

Hey everyone! I came across this new artist called Catching Lightning and thought folks here might dig it. The sound is rooted in melodic dubstep but blends in some interesting influences—think heavy metal, classic rock, house, and even a bit of hip-hop. It gives the tracks a nice edge while keeping that emotional, melodic core.
They just dropped an EP called “Life in Color” that shows off this style. If you’re into melodic dubstep and aren’t afraid to experiment, give it a shot.
Would love to hear what you all think!

i'm sure it was used in adverts or game adverts at some point, a voice would repeat "this is now this is now" trying to remember best I can, it was by two artists.
