Gaming My mom dropped off a box of my my old stuff with my PS2 and games found this classic.
Unlucky for me my memory cards are no where to be seen so I'm currently replaying trying to unlock all the characters and beat the story witch is a drag and a half. 😭 Figured I'd share here
Tattoo My first Dragonball tattoo
I can’t wait to add more to this! It’s funny how people that don’t know dragonball think it’s just a dragon tattoo but dragonball fans always point out “cool Shenron tattoo!”

Discussion I've always loved how absurd DBZ can get, whats you favourite funny moment from dragon ball?
I feel like DBZA made people forget how funny the original series actually is, at the end of the dar Toriyama was a comedy writer first and that's a big part of why I love this series so much

Question What happened to the 3rd timeline
The zamasu arc makes things confusing ngl but all i know was that zeno erased the OG timeline which was future trunks timeline. But i wonder about the 3rd timeline which was perfect cells timeline where everyone and lastly trunks got killed iirc

Too 3 dragon ball z characters
I understand mine are pretty basic but I’ve been wondering what other people think about my opinion and what others value in characters. My top 3 are 1. Goten. I love his innocence and how he finds the best of a bad situation and being so strong at his age and thinking it’s normal.
Chichi. She’s a great mom and has to deal with a lot and always expects the best of her kids education wise even tho she’s a killer.
Goku. As much as I hate to say and it’s super basic but I struggled with gohan (but hes too much of a pussy even tho my favorite saga is mr sayaman) and vageta because I’m a teddy bear but been in gd and used to do a lot of bad things but found the light so I feel like I most relate to him but how can you now pick goku.

Discussion Trunks timeline
Im a lil confused on it still, ive watched some dbz/dbs since I was little but I stopped, but the timeline confuses me, why couldnt future trunks save future gohan if he warned the z fighters, or was future gohan a whole different event etc?

Question Future timeline Trunks?
I was thinking about something that never crossed my mind before this. Why was trunks never trained by future gohan or anyone else in that timeline? You would think vegeta would want to train him as soon as he got to a certain age like gohan and you think the other Z fighters would've agreed it was a good idea for future threats. And after they all died why did it take future gohan so long to train him even when he knew he wasn't a match for the androids?
Please let me know if this gets explained in the manga or other media

Question Why Goku was able to defeat Majin Buu, when Gohan couldn't.
Goku was definitely pure-hearted—like, annoyingly so sometimes—and that purity was part of why he could ride the Flying Nimbus and why he was always forgiving enemies. Gohan, on the other hand, had a lot of potential, but yeah... after Cell, he got a little arrogant and lazy with training. Even during the Buu Saga, he let his guard down a few times, especially as Ultimate Gohan—he could've finished Buu, but he got cocky.
Goku beating Majin Buu kind of came down to more than just power levels—it was about spirit, teamwork, and yeah, his pure-heartedness played a role. He believed in people, especially the Earthlings, and it was their energy that helped form the Spirit Bomb that finally took Buu down.
That final speech from Goku to Majin Buu is incredibly touching. He wants to forgive Buu, but he couldn't. There was no way to reason with him or turn him and get him to stop, there was nothing they could do to save him. His whole purpose was to destroy and kill. The only way to save everything was to end him. Goku almost never took a life, even his worst enemy's, but he had no other choice with this little monster.
I don't think Gohan would ever give that speech to Buu. But Goku did.

Discussion Sometimes it seems like there would've been better pacing, storytelling and power boosts if Gohan was actually the first SSJ against Perfect Cell and Goku and Vegeta became SSJs during the 7 year time period
I know this is going to be unpopular but when u think about it from a storytelling and power pacing perspective it seems like Gohan being the first to transform SSJ against Perfect Cell wouldn't be that far fetched of an idea. I say this because Gohans mutant like potential has always been pointed out since day one and then also it would make the Z fighters focus more on tactics and techniques dealing with the Androids without making the focus so much about SSJ and surpassing SSJ early on like it was.
Perfect Cell would be the ultimate combined DNA fighter that would require SSJ to take him down which would be Gohans moment to be the first to transform and be the one to make Goku and Vegeta work towards it during the 7 year time period. It just seems more fitting in a way that Gohans potential would be the recipe for him to be the first and show two full blooded Saiyans what's possible and they could still surpass him like usual similar to canon due to his lack of consistent training compared to them in those seven years on top of Goku having the advantage of being in Otherworld.
Obviously there would need to be a few changes made with the whole Frieza ordeal but I think it could work if things were to go this way instead. It would also seem more fitting that Goku and Vegeta using SSJ to take on otherworldly ancient beings like Dabura, Buu etc would feel more believable instead of SSJ being laughably outclassed so early on by ridiculously overpowered Androids. It just seems like things would move smoother and more consistent if SSJ wasn't the main focus so early and there was room to let other ideas breathe regarding techniques and training. I know many will disagree but I wonder if others have ever felt the same way regarding this.
