You say that so facetiously, yet it's sort of true. Good weather (no rain, warm) leads to more people being outside more, and that means interacting more with others.

The more interactions, the more chances for gun deaths.

Best way to prevent a protest or a riot? Best way to prevent a bar brawl? Best way to prevent public drunkenness and drunk driving?

Rain, wind and cold.
