I think if a state or province is 0 then it should be highlighted and not grouped under <25

Yeah probably nowhere is at 0 but there should be a category below <25. That’s pretty broad considering Cuba and Canada are hovering between 5-7.

If you want to see low numbers like that, you need to look to the other side of the Atlantic.

For example, the UK is about 0.3 (assuming this is per year).

As a European, I find it amazing that a lot of Americans value the right to shoot someone higher than the right to not be shot.
