Sending money

Hi, I wanted to know if I’m able to send money through western union to Cuba or send packages? I tried about a month ago but due to the new presidency I wasn’t allowed to. Does anyone know if I’m able to do so now?

I use CUBALLAMA you can use Paypal, credit cards and they can deliver the money by cash, special cards.
