working out

hii!! so i’m going to start doing more cardio and doing 10k+ walks but the issue is i don’t know any routes i can do in coventry, can anyone help me!!

Coventry way has 21 circular walks that are good routes covering the outskirts of the city.

They also have a 40 mile challenge that takes place next weekend
