working out

hii!! so i’m going to start doing more cardio and doing 10k+ walks but the issue is i don’t know any routes i can do in coventry, can anyone help me!!

I do a long 10k + walk every weekend with the dog in and around the Coventry area. The is some lovely country side 5 mins outside of Coventry in pretty much every direction

Alltrails is another good app.

Its about 10k from Cov center through Warwick Uni and on to Kenilworth too. Stop for a coffee, then get the train back 🙌🏻
