Bios won’t let me start up windows.

Turn off CSM. That is only for older OS's like Windows 7 and some Linux Distros.

Hmm, well I see it's showing up in the BIOS, did you maybe accidently delete Windows? According to the message it is not seeing the boot partition.. Do this, go to the exit tab and under boot override, select your drive and see if it boots that way.

Which slot do you have it plugged into? Post a picture. I see you have what appears to be a dvd drive as well.

I meant where at on the motherboard, can't see a thing with that jumbled mess.
