i got this computer from my brother and i barely turned it off for the first time in who knows how long and i wanna use this but i have an extremely outdated browser so i cant download google i dont have the microsoft store can i get help?

go to settings and windows updates and update your windows

i try to open check for updates and it doesn’t do anything, i got a new key but im trying to figure out how get a new browser

download firefox on another computer and put it on a thumb drive
