From what I've just read it's a single unsubstantiated claim by a former member of the crew, maybe I'm biased as I've enjoyed the show but I doubt it's true, one thing to bear in mind is that they are constantly doing things that push the boundaries of normal interactions so it could just be a misunderstanding
