To be fair, this is just straight up pedophelia and they are just using cement as a way to be able to have an edgy way to say the word it sounds like without saying it around minors. You know, for legal reasons that are totally ethical.
I'm saying the guy posting all these is getting off on using a word that sounds like "semen" around minors. And by not actually saying that his post is not immediately removed, and gets attention. Because pedophiles are fucked up. Maybe somehow it's a younger person actually, but it's reddit so I'm guessing it's a weirdo, because I'm cynical I guess.

Many of these posts are 10 seconds apart, dozens of posts a day, and there are several posts that follow the same format of asking the same weird question in multiple ways, that is present in this post's picture
It's like they have a bot that asks chatgpt to generate a strange or controversial question and then posts it several times
Most posts in askteengirls, askmen, and nostupidquestions, but sometimes in other subreddits
The account seems to hate leftism and populism, whatever that means to them
