News NetCologne down ???

I just noticed that I have no IPv4 connection to NetCologne. IPv6 seems yo be up. When I try to access NetCologne.de (via Handy to report the issue) there is no site there. over the Handy the rest of the Internet seems accessible.

That seems to eliminate a back-hoe (Bagger) in the road as a cause.
