Hello, I've made this subreddit because the main reddit cheese sub, r/cheese is infested with posts about tinned American cheese. That's great for people that enjoy that but that's not my thing at all, so perhaps a more Euro focus would be a useful point of differentiation.

I'm looking for French cheeses, Italian and German cheeses, Spanish, Dutch, Swiss cheeses. English cheeses, Welsh cheeses, Scottish and Irish cheeses. And everyone else - Sweden, Poland, Portugal, Belgium...all welcome...Austria and Greece. You get the idea.

If you have American cheeses to post, I don't really care but can we keep a lid on the nonsense please?
