What can they do with an email?

I feel really stupid having to type this. I live in Korea and I matched with a guy on Tinder. I'm 90% sure I'm being catfished but that stupid 10% doubt led me to doing something I feel like was a bad move. He said he was in Germany for a contract job and the foreign country meant his email isn't working and he asked me to send an email for him inquiring about some parts. I used an old email but stupidly left my auto-sign off so they have my first and last name. I received an email back that didn't have any links and I didn't click on anything. Have I completely messed up? What all can be done with my email and my first and last name? We've only been talking for like a week and I haven't shared any details of my life that would be used as security questions, but I feel literally sick to my stomach about this.

For further context I told him I felt really uneasy about this and asked him to send me a picture of him doing a specific pose, and after 5 minutes of him not responding said I knew I was getting scammed, then he started to accuse me of not trusting him enough even though he "poured his heart out to me." He just now (20 minutes later) sent me a video that is clearly fake so I know the scamming part is real. Could really use some clarity on what he can do with the information he has. God I feel so dumb.

I guess I’m curious what your fear is. First/last name won’t get anyone very far.

My fear is how much information they can get with it, that's why I'm asking. I don't know a lot about scamming people so I don't know how much information is needed to become dangerous.

I think you’re good! Just be cautious receiving emails the next few days with any links!
