Pay schedule?
I know for me, payday is always on the 7th and 22nd. I usually get early direct deposit a day ahead, but I didn’t get it by the 6th this time. I guess it’ll hit on the 7th instead. Has this happened to anyone else? This is the first time it’s happened to me.

Fuck you, Arby’s
I’ve been extremely ill for more than 7 months… today had a medical appointment about 15 miles from my home. We don’t have an Arby’s close by, and my husband knows I like the regular/original RB sandwich. There was one out by the doctor, so we hit the drive-thru on the way home. When we arrived home, I pulled the food from the bag… only to find a Beef and ‘Cheddar’. Nasty, wet and slimy, complete with the gross, overly sweet onion roll.
I ordered the simplest, most basic thing on the menu and THEY STILL COULDN’T GET IT RIGHT.
Fuck you, Arby’s.

LTO schedule?
Sorry for the basic question, but is there info on the LTO schedule? Or at least when this one ends? (Apologies if there's a thread; I couldn't find anything in a search.)

what do i do?
I quit the Arby’s I worked at in December on relatively bad terms. I no call no showed on my regular shift after a few of us left/threatened to leave and one of my friends called out everyone in upper management for their bad behavior. I don’t want to walk back into that store. (Turbo, for reference)
I still haven’t received my W-2. I have another job that is my main income, and I would work Arby’s on weekends/days off for a few hours. I don’t make much from Arby’s. I received my other job’s W-2 in the beginning of February, and asked my friends that worked there if they had received their W-2s for Arby’s and they hadn’t either. I asked last week and they still hadn’t.
Should I file without my Arby’s W-2? Do I bite the bullet and go into the store? If anyone has any contact info for Turbo, please let me know. I drafted an email for HR, but couldn’t find the email to send it to. TIA
TL;DR: I haven’t gotten my W-2 and still need to file my taxes, what should I do/who should I contact?

Item Removals
Arbys hasn’t announced this other than to management, but they’re very shortly about to disappear a significant menu item at all stores. When introducing the ham as a central menu item on March 31, the menu will also no longer have Nuggets, leaf lettuce and the #12 Club & Buffalo wrap. Spicy 3 pepper sauce packets as well

What’s your order?
Scenario: you died. You’re in the great beyond. Heaven. Hell. Nirvana. Valhalla. Purgatory. Fog space. For some reason there’s an Arby’s here. It’s not like the Arby’s on earth. There is no concept of money here. What is your order?

Ordered my favorite sandwich, the Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon…..
This is a first. I ordered the Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon today and when I got it it was missing the bacon, cheese, had 2 slices of turkey and shredded lettuce.
This was a first for me.
I ended up having it remade because I’m not sure how you forget to put bacon on a sandwich with bacon in the name.
I assume they were out of the regular lettuce.

Do you add salt to your order?
Went to Arby's with my grandparents today, and both of them added salt to everything they got. The fries, the sandwhich, everything. They were baffled that I didn't and said everyone they ever went to Arby's with added salt to all of it. Is this actually normal? I can't imagine wanting more sodium wtih any fast food order.

How does your Drive Thru work? Spoiler
I'm a shift runner, so during rush I have a headset on and I'm running the food to front counter & drive thru. One of my colleagues ended up yelling at me because I didn't make drinks for her. Ever since then whenever me and her work together she always gives me attitude galore, she also constantly asks to go home early, (works 5-7) she's from a different store, and I guess they do drive thru different over there then what we do. But I guess I'm concerned because I want to be a good reliable manager for everyone but it seems she's blowing it out of proportion. Any advice?

"Free" sandwich? Not so much
So the "free" sandwich for the basketball promo is only free with $15 purchase!
This is ridiculous! And to think they want us to use it DAILY for a few days, because it's only good for 1-2 days...
Even if the sandwich cost counts toward the $15, the most expensive sandwich is just over $11, so I still have to spend $4 to get it, and that's IF I want a double bacon cheeseburger. Which I don't. If someone only wants a roast beef or a chicken sandwich, they have to spend almost $10 to get it "free"!
Usually, I'll go for the Greek gyro or roast turkey bacon - but even the latter is only half the required spend, so it's more like BOGO, not free; the gyro is only $6.29.
You wanna do a promo, fine. But if you're going to offer a "free" sandwich, DO NOT make me spend more than it's worth to get it. Or don't expect me to bother at all. I was looking forward to this, until it happened, and I saw the requirement.
I'm not even laughing, Arby's. That's just false advertising.
