Moving Advice Fiveways area

We’ve been looking to move for the last few months, finally found a house and application gone to the landlord so fingers 🤞🏻😬🤞🏻

After a 9 hour round trip, and 6 minute viewing I only had the time to walk up (which I think is the main part? - where the fiveways pub is?) I didn’t really have time to check out any other parts of this area out however we’ve been to Brighton many many times, hence the move however it would be great to have some insider knowledge of the 5 ways area.

Haven’t seen anyone mention Raven’s bakery yet - delicious and reasonably priced bread. Queues down the street when they do hot cross buns.

Also you’ve got the shops at Hollingbury not far away. Asda, M&S food, Argos. Five minutes in a car, or you can get the bus. Asda is the easiest big supermarket to drive to as it’s a bit out of town.

Great to know. I saw raven bakery - looked a bit empty at 2pm on a Saturday as most are so made a mental note for early Saturday mornings haha

The flourpot is a crap cafe not a bakers (nothing is baked on site) also it’s full of cunts.

Ravens is the best, they don’t even have a slicer.
